Treating Loss of mobility in Enschede

Stiffness that leaves you moving less freely than you used to.

Losing mobility usually happens gradually. You notice that turning around is harder, bending takes more effort, or certain movements simply are not as smooth as they were.

Often there are joints that have lost their normal movement, which puts extra load on surrounding joints and muscles.

How we help you with loss of mobility

We trace which joints are restricted and free them again with targeted adjustments. Exercises help you keep the mobility you have gained.

Frequently asked questions

Can a chiropractor help with loss of mobility?

That depends on the cause, which is why we always start with a thorough examination. If your complaint turns out to be suitable for chiropractic care, we draw up a treatment plan that fits you. Many people experience relief, although results differ from person to person.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book an appointment directly, without a referral from your GP.

Is the treatment reimbursed?

Chiropractic care is not part of the Dutch basic health insurance, but many insurers cover it under supplementary insurance. No deductible (eigen risico) applies. The pricing page explains how to submit your invoice.

How many treatments will I need?

That differs per person and per complaint. After the first examination we give you a realistic estimate and a plan, so you know where you stand.
