Treating Wrist complaints in Enschede
Pain or stiffness in the wrist, for instance from overloading.
Wrist complaints can arise from overloading, an awkward movement or joints that have become stiff. You notice it when leaning, lifting or twisting the wrist.
Because the wrist, elbow and neck work together in arm movements, we look beyond the wrist alone.
How we help you with wrist complaints
We examine the wrist together with the arm and neck and treat the joints and muscles causing the complaint, using gentle, targeted techniques.
Frequently asked questions
Can a chiropractor help with wrist complaints?
That depends on the cause, which is why we always start with a thorough examination. If your complaint turns out to be suitable for chiropractic care, we draw up a treatment plan that fits you. Many people experience relief, although results differ from person to person.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You can book an appointment directly, without a referral from your GP.
Is the treatment reimbursed?
Chiropractic care is not part of the Dutch basic health insurance, but many insurers cover it under supplementary insurance. No deductible (eigen risico) applies. The pricing page explains how to submit your invoice.
How many treatments will I need?
That differs per person and per complaint. After the first examination we give you a realistic estimate and a plan, so you know where you stand.
